3 Sweet Breakfast Recipes
Breakfast can't be sweet enough for you, but at the same time you want to eat healthier and not have an overwhelming feeling of fullness after breakfast? No problem, we have 3 alternative, healthier options for your breakfast table for you!
Pancakes are a real breakfast classic. With this recipe you can even enjoy them without a guilty conscience:
150 g oatmeal
300 ml oat drink or milk
1 tbsp honey
Some fat for frying
Peel the banana, cut it into large pieces and put it in a blender with the oat flakes and oat drink to puree everything.
Put the mixture into a frying pan and fry the pancakes for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Arrange them on a plate and pour a tablespoon of honey on top.
It tastes almost like a small cheesecake and is also great to prepare for the next day, as it tastes great even cold.
1 pack of quark (250g)
25 g semolina (spelt or normal)
½ sachet vanilla pudding powder
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Plums or apricots, berries or fruit of your choice.
Mix all the ingredients evenly, pour the batter into an ovenproof dish and add the fruit of your choice at the end.
Bake the casserole for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees convection.
For many, the smell of apple fritters is enough to take them back to their childhood! Do you feel the same way? Then we have the perfect recipe for you!
60 g spelt flour (or flour of your choice)
50 g vanilla skyr or Alpro Vanilla
120 ml milk
A pinch of salt
A little fat for frying
Peel the apple, cut it into slices and remove the core.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir to a homogeneous dough. If the dough is too firm, add a dash of milk. The consistency should stick well to the apple rings.
Turn the apple rings in the batter and put them in a pan to fry until golden brown.
Tip: If you like it a bit Christmassy, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter.
